"Tracking was straightforward and actually useful"
The tracking was easy to follow. I got the email right after I placed the order, and I’ll admit I kind of assumed it was just one of those automated emails companies send so you don’t bother them, but the updates were actually clear and helpful.
It showed up on the exact day it said it would, which I appreciated. I checked the tracking a few times because I was half expecting it to suddenly stall somewhere, but it kept moving along like it was supposed to. I’d order again

"Prices were just okay"
Some of the deals seemed fair, but a few things felt a little overpriced. I’m kind of tired of having to compare everything so closely just to feel like I’m getting a decent value.

I don’t remember the exact shipping cost, but I do remember being pleasantly surprised that it was less than I thought it would be. Always nice when checkout doesn’t hit you with a huge extra fee

I ordered this from distinctive-decor.com, the item itself was really nice. It looked just like the pictures and was pretty much what I was expecting, so no complaints there.
The downside was that it clearly had a rough trip getting to me. The box looked beat up when it arrived, and one corner of the item was chipped. I’m always a little cautious ordering decor online for this exact reason, since even a nice piece can end up damaged in transit.
Customer service did respond and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. Still, it was disappointing to wait for it and then have to deal with damage right away. Not a terrible experience, but I’d probably think twice if I was ordering something fragile again

I ordered a decor piece and it was fine, just not really what I ended up needing. Maybe I missed something when I bought it, but the return policy felt a little strict once I looked into it. You have to cover the shipping back and definitely read the details first. Not the worst experience, just not as simple as I expected.

I ordered from distinctive-decor.com and had a question about my shipment, so I reached out to customer service by email. I wasn’t upset or anything, I just wanted a clear update since I had already placed my order and felt like that was a reasonable thing to ask.
They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. When you’re waiting on something you paid for, it feels like the fair thing is to keep customers informed without making them chase for answers.
Once they replied, the person was polite and my issue did get sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall it was okay, but I think quicker communication would show more respect for customers’ time and make the whole experience feel a lot better

"Reminded Me How Annoying Online Shopping Can Be"
The site itself looked fine and was easy enough to browse, but it took me back to that familiar feeling of getting excited about a cart and then being let down. A bunch of the things I wanted were out of stock, and by the time I realized it, I felt like I’d wasted a good chunk of time. Frustrating.

I liked that they had a lot of unique decor pieces you don’t see everywhere, and it was fun to look around at first. That said, the browsing experience felt a bit messy, and the prices seemed kind of all over the place, so it was hard to know what was actually worth it. Still, there were some really cool items mixed in, and I’d probably stop by again if I was in the mood to hunt for something different.

"Payment options were kind of limited"
The site itself was fine and checkout did go through without any issues, but the payment options felt limited. I was hoping to see something like PayPal or a buy now, pay later option. When I looked for more info, the way it was explained made me feel a little talked down to, like I should’ve just known what was available. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been easier and a bit more customer-friendly.
